3.1 Membership Tiers

The Glow Network offers three membership tiers: Glow Starter ($10/month), Glow Plus ($20/month), and Glow Premium ($50/month). Each tier provides different benefits as described on our membership page.

3.2 Billing and Payments

• Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change membership prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the price increase constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period
• We reserve the right to offer promotional refund policies at our discretion

4. Access to Content and Services

5.3 Code of Conduct

All members attending events must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone from events for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on The Glow Network, including courses, articles, designs, logos, and materials, is owned by The Glow Network, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

If you submit content to our platform (such as in community forums), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Educational Content

Our courses and content are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about business results, earnings, or success. Your results may vary based on many factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions.

8.2 No Warranties

10. Termination
